Haemodialysis
Scheduled maintenance haemodialysis for clinically appropriate patients, delivered in a dedicated treatment environment.
Clinical monitoring
Pre-treatment assessment, intradialytic monitoring and review of concerns that arise during treatment.
Renal nutrition
Nutrition assessment and counselling to support fluid, electrolyte and dietary goals.
Eight-station dialysis capacity
Dialife has eight dialysis machines serving eight treatment stations. The service is supported by nurses, medical review, nephrology oversight, nutrition services and biomedical support.
Coordinated renal care
Dialysis is only one part of kidney care. Where clinically appropriate, Dialife coordinates medical review, laboratory testing, nutrition support and referral for higher-level evaluation or hospital care.
What to bring
- National ID or other identification and payer/insurance information where applicable.
- Recent dialysis records, prescriptions and laboratory results if transferring from another facility.
- Current medication list and relevant referral or discharge documents.
- Any information the Dialife clinical team specifically requests before your first session.
