Renal Services

Dialysis care closer to home

Dialife provides maintenance haemodialysis in Gatundu with structured monitoring, multidisciplinary support and coordinated referral when a patient needs care beyond the facility's scope.

What we provide

Our renal service is designed around safe scheduled treatment, close observation during each session and continuity between dialysis visits.

Haemodialysis

Scheduled maintenance haemodialysis for clinically appropriate patients, delivered in a dedicated treatment environment.

Clinical monitoring

Pre-treatment assessment, intradialytic monitoring and review of concerns that arise during treatment.

Renal nutrition

Nutrition assessment and counselling to support fluid, electrolyte and dietary goals.

Eight-station dialysis capacity

Dialife has eight dialysis machines serving eight treatment stations. The service is supported by nurses, medical review, nephrology oversight, nutrition services and biomedical support.

Coordinated renal care

Dialysis is only one part of kidney care. Where clinically appropriate, Dialife coordinates medical review, laboratory testing, nutrition support and referral for higher-level evaluation or hospital care.
